Simple things like drinking water as soon as I wake up, making my bed (even if it's just right before I get in it), and asking myself, "Who would I be without this thought" , any time I felt upset, envious, anxious, nervous or panicked.

Absolutely! And as you start trusting yourself again, you can add habits one at a time
